Food Grade · Industrial Grade — Bulk supply across India & International Markets
Wheat Starch is a fine white powder extracted from wheat grain (Triticum aestivum) by separating the starch from gluten and other components through a wet milling process. It has a bimodal granule size distribution — large A-granules (15–35 microns) and small B-granules (2–10 microns) — giving it versatile functional properties across food and industrial applications.
Polychem Industries supplies Wheat Starch in food grade and industrial grade to food manufacturers, bakeries, paper mills, and industrial processors across India and internationally. It is one of the most economical starches available and is widely used across the food and industrial sectors.
Wheat Starch is derived from wheat and may contain trace amounts of gluten. It is not suitable for use in products intended for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance unless specifically certified as gluten-free wheat starch. Please confirm your requirements when enquiring.
